Blayne Tipton, DDS


Dr. Tipton has provided pediatric dental care for the children of Hot Springs since 2008. He is originally from Hazen, AR, and graduated with a degree in Biology from The University of Central Arkansas. Dr. Tipton attended dental school at The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis from 2000 – 2004. After dental school, Dr. Tipton worked as a general dentist in a pediatric dental clinic for two years before returning to UT to complete an additional two-year residency program to specialize in pediatric dentistry. During his pediatric dental residency he received extensive clinical, emergency, and surgical training at LeBonheur Children’s Hospital and Crittendon Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Tipton has a specialty license to practice pediatric dentistry in Arkansas and is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), and the Garland County Dental Society.

Jordan Powell, DDS


Dr. Jordan Powell is originally from Bryant, Arkansas and graduated from Bryant High School. Dr. Powell attended college at the University of Arkansas where she majored in biology. Dr. Powell completed both her dental school and pediatric dental residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis where she received extensive didactic and clinical training in the pediatric dentistry specialty. She received in-depth training in general anesthesia, sedation, and behavior management and gained clinical experience with medically compromised and developmentally disabled individuals while rotating through Le Bonheur and St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Dr. Powell is married to her high school sweetheart, Jacob. In her spare time, she loves hanging out at the lake, live music, bonfires, s'mores, and trying out new local restaurants.

Dr. Powell has a specialty license to practice pediatric dentistry in Arkansas, is a board certified pediatric dentist, is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), and the Garland County Dental Society.
